About the ad
1. What size is a banner ad on your websites
We have three sized spots: Small is 150 X 75 | Medium is 150 X 150 | Large is 150 X 225. Click to see visual of the ad size.
2. Do you make up the ads? How does this affect the timing?
We have professional graphic designers who are able to create your banner ad if needed. This is included in the cost. We will send you a proof and upload the ad to the website once you sign off on the proof. Your ad campaign will start when the ad is uploaded.
3. I can make my own ad, what if I want to send you the ad?
On our order page, you are able to browse your computer and upload your ad. Or, if you like, you can email your ad directly to Christine christine@goodwinstudios.com
4. Can I pay for the ad with a credit card?
Yes, we do have a merchants account. You can 1) Telephone Christine 604 898 9807 and give her your card information or 2) Pay through your paypal account.
5. If I don't have a web page, what can I link my banner ad to?
We can link your banner to your email address at no extra cost. When someone clicks it will pop up an email form in their email software and your email address will be in the TO box.

6. I've done everything right but I can't see my ad on your web page. What's up?
All ads need to be approved by the website admin. Your campaign will start when the ad is uploaded.
7. I don't like your Order Ad Campaign form. Can I order my ad directly?
Yes, please call us at 604 898 9807 or email info(at)goodwinstudios(dot)com and we'll be happy to help you with your ad campaign.
8. How will I know how many hits and page views my ad is getting?
Please email us for that information.
9. How many different websites do you have that will accept advertising?
We currently have two websites: squamisheventsguide.com and whistlereventsguide.com. Pemberton events can be found on the Whistler site.
10. What if I want to cancel my ad?
Your ad will run only as long as you indicated on the order form If you want to cancel your ad before its campaign runs out you can call or email us and cancel your ad at any time. 11. Who are you guys anyhow?
We are a small web design firm located in Squamish BC. Our team is made up of four moms and a surrogate living in Squamish and Vancouver.
